WHERE DOES PRO-STYLE OFFER ITS SERVICES?

HOW MUCH ARE PRO-STYLE SERVICES?
Staffed trades are typically billed by the hour – handyman ($100), plumber/electrician ($175), paint ($100), power washing ($175 for two guys). Keep in mind, full-day rates are available depending on job scope.
DOES PRO-STYLE PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES REQUIRED FOR MAINTENANCE?
The basic maintenance price includes the labor only. If we buy supplies that is needed for your appointment, we will bill accordingly.
DO I NEED TO BE IN ATTENDANCE FOR THE SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE?
You do not need to be home during your quarterly maintenance appointment. Some of our customers provide us with keys or garage codes so that we can get in when they are not home. This allows us to deal with problems without disrupting your busy schedule. Just give us a call, and we will meet our contractor at your home so you don’t have to. Just think, no more waiting around during a four hour window for help to arrive.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE PRE-SCHEDULED VISIT?
Each time our technicians complete a thorough inspection of the home and conduct the basic maintenance tasks required to keep the house in good shape. Each visit they change light bulbs and furnace filters, lubricate doors, check and clear drains, inspect weather stripping and numerous other tasks as part of an extensive maintenance checklist. They also complete seasonal items that are done once or twice a year, such as changing smoke detector batteries and cleaning dryer vents. Our technicians will spend the rest of the 2 hour visit tackling your to-do list.
DOES PRO-STYLE OFFER MORE THAN A MAINTENANCE PLAN?
The additional service offerings are available to you on an a la carte basis – you only sign up for the ones you want. We recognize that homeowners may already have a trusted plumber, electrician or landscaper, and we encourage them to continue to use those folks if they want to. If you decide after your contract has begun that you would like to add a service, we would be happy to accommodate that request.
IS THERE A SERVICE FEE?
NO SERVICE FEE - As a member of our program you won't be charged a service fee every time we come out.
